end of chapter one

So, I´ve finished volunteering now but am staying at La Hesperia for a few more days. Tomorrow there is a fiesta in the village for Christmas. We´ve been teaching the kids Jingle Bells and tomorrow is their big day. On Monday La Hesperia is hosting a party for Jatun Sacha - the volunteering organisation they´re a part of. Juan Pablo and Alexandra want me to stay on for another couple of weeks but I had to say no. They´re really good people. I´ve been leading the 12 volunteers at the reserve but my time here has come to an end. Cant believe it was only a few weeks ago that I was there by myself! La Hesperia is truly amazing and i´ll put up the pics next time. Leaving on Tuesday - pretty sure i´m going to head to Montañita for my bday and christmas but not sure about new years yet..
